How the booking process works
A clear, step-by-step experience designed to make your wedding planning feel easier and more relaxed, so you always know what’s next, from your first inquiry to your final gallery
I’m always here for you and available anytime to answer all your queries and provide guidance and support to make sure that your wedding photography experience is smooth and stress-free.
Where are you located?
I’m based in the Portland/Vancouver metro area and mainly work locally. I know the light, seasons, and the best spots here, which helps me create timeless and elegant images.
If your celebration is outside PDX, I’ll be happy to recommend trusted colleagues.
How do travel fees work?
Sessions and weddings within the Portland/Vancouver area are usually covered in the package. If a location requires extra mileage, parking, or permits, I’ll outline that clearly in your proposal.
Since I currently work only in PDX, extra travel is rare and discussed individually.
How many photographers will be there at our wedding?
All of my wedding collections come with a single photographer, but you are more than welcome to add a second shooter for an additional cost.
What is your turnaround time?
Engagement and portrait galleries are delivered within 10–14 days.
Full wedding galleries take around 4–6 weeks, depending on coverage and season. I also send a small sneak peek within the first week so you can relive your day right away.
Rush delivery is available on request.
How many images will we receive?
I don’t limit myself to a fixed number, but I guarantee at least 70 fully edited images per hour of coverage.
For example, a 4-hour wedding usually brings 300+ photos, while an 8-hour day brings 600+. The gallery includes portraits, candid moments, and elegant detail shots.
What is required to book?
To reserve your date, I require a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer, usually 20 percent of your selected package.
The remaining balance is due by the deadline stated in your contract, typically before the wedding day. Payments can be made by card, bank transfer, Zelle/Venmo, or cash.
Do you offer engagement sessions?
Yes! Engagement sessions help us connect before the wedding and get you comfortable in front of the camera.
We’ll choose locations that fit your vibe and time it for flattering light.
The images are perfect for your website, invitations, and home.
Do you make a retouch of photos?
Yes, I do retouch and colour correction on all photos to enhance their beauty and the atmosphere of the event.
Do you deliver RAW or unedited files?
No. Editing is a key part of my process and the finished look you see in my portfolio. I deliver fully edited, high-resolution images ready for printing and sharing, without watermarks.
