MY EXPERIENCE

Hi, I’m Alena, a wedding and portrait photographer based in Vancouver, WA, serving Portland and celebrations throughout the Pacific Northwest.

I’m drawn to the contrasts within a wedding day: carefully chosen details, the quiet anticipation before the ceremony, and all the movement and energy once the celebration begins. I photograph each part with the same attention, creating a gallery that feels complete and true to the day.

During portraits, I offer clear direction and pay close attention to light, composition, and the details that make an image feel polished. Throughout the rest of the celebration, I stay attentive to the people and interactions around me, stepping in when guidance is helpful and giving genuine moments room to unfold.

When I’m not photographing, I’m usually spending time with my family, exploring new locations around the Pacific Northwest, or collecting inspiration from fashion, interiors, and art.
